Welcome to the huellasolar.com. The following Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the huellasolar website, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through www.huellasolar.com (the “Site”).

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before you start to use the Site.
By using the Site, opening an account or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms and Conditions when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, found here, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not want to agree to these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Site.

By purchasing any services in this Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or purchase services in the Site.

Users

  • Many services are offered in huellasolar without registration but only registered users may buy and sell on huellasolar. Registration is free.
  • If your are going to contract services with huellasolar using any type of suscription to the web these services are bounded to the Terms and Conditions of suscription agreements with huellasolar available here. Please, read them if is your case.
  • Users can upgrade to business account. Business accounts allow user build bigger maps and publish private maps.
  • Business accounts are a service linked to a subscription with monthly payments.
  • Business accounts allow publish private maps. Private maps are only accessible by the owner user. In order to publish private maps a payment will be required according to the size of the map.

    • Offering services in huellasolar

  • Users can sell the access to their maps publishing them as ‘Pay Map’ modality
  • All transactions in the web are made through PayPal
  • Sellers need to have a PayPal account where payments will be deposited
  • Users are free to set the price to access their maps.
  • Buyers pay directly to the sellers the 80% of the total amount on their PayPal account. 20% is directly paid to huellasolar.
  • When a buyer orders a map, the seller is notified by email
  • Author cannot modify, change status or erase the projects while users have purchased access to the map

    • Purchasing services in huellasolar

  • Access to maps may be purchased using PayPal.
  • Buyers can purchase access to maps for a period of a month renewable
  • Once the purchased services are available buyers will be notified by email
  • Online services are not object of refunds or cancellations once the services are made available
  • Buyers pay directly to the seller the 80% and huellasolar the 20% of the total amount.

    • General Terms

  • Violation of huellasolar Terms and Conditions may get your account disabled permanently.
  • Users who have violated our Terms and Conditions and had their account disabled may contact us for more information surrounding the status of the account.
  • Huellasolar reserves the right to put any account on hold or permanently disable accounts due to breach of these terms or any illegal or inappropriate use of the site or services.
  • Occasionally huellasolar may modify its Terms and Conditions. When these modifications are made, huellasolar will make a new copy of the Terms and Conditions available on this page.
  • You understand and agree that if you use huellasolar after the date on which the Terms and Conditions have changed, huellasolar will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

    • Ownership and Limitations

  • Unless any other license is specifyed by the author, maps and all data offered through huellasolar are delivered with Creative Commons attribution license
  • Unless any other license is specifyed by the author, users who build maps grants other users the access to their maps under Creative Commons attribution license
  • By offering a service, the provider undertakes that he has sufficient permissions, rights and/or licenses to provide, sell or resell the service that they offer on huellasolar.

    • Huellasolar content is based on User Generated Content (UGC). Huellasolar does not check user uploaded/created content for violations of copyright, trademarks or other rights. We invite everyone to report violations together with proof of ownership. Reported violating content may be removed or disabled. Furthermore, huellasolar is not responsible for the content, quality or the level of service provided by the Sellers. We provide no warranty with respect to the maps, and any communications between buyers and sellers.
